Private Customers

For all customers at Stella Baicø, we take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of damage or dissatisfaction, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Report any damages immediately upon receipt of your order within 14 days after arrival. To validate your claim, you must provide proof in the form of pictures, videos, or other suitable documentation.
  2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags.
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at support@stella-baico.com. We will let you know the return address to which you can send us the product. Please make sure to provide us with a recipe so we can reimburse the shipping costs.
  4. Note: When reporting damages, specify whether the issue stems from production or shipping, as this information is crucial for insurance claims. We will work closely with you to resolve the situation and process any applicable refunds or exchanges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
